Message To All Wholesale Applicants:
Wholesale pricing is for approved vendors only. Typically, unless we make a special exception, those vendors must first purchase a commercial license to resell our tags commercially and with a strict Terms of Use.
Before you apply for a wholesale account, please contact us directly by going to our "Contact Us" page to be considered to re-sell our tags. We will then give you a quote for a commercial license provided we still have openings. After we receive confirmation of payment for licensing, we will then have you return to this page and apply for a wholesale account.
To keep the integrity of our original tag designs, we reserve the right to close our commercial license availability and limit it at any time. If you are a current tag license client, we will of course honor your license as long as our Terms of Use are followed. We are issuing a license to only a certain amount of clients at this time.
Furthermore, there will be NO discount on printed, hand finished and embellished tags. We also will not offer wholesale pricing on any CD's we publish with tag collections. The wholesale discount applies ONLY to E-Tags or Digital Tags in the categories specified that are noted as available for commercial use.
Please also note that we do not allow licensing on certain tags because of licensing contracts or other restrictions we have with others that limit that capability. Also some of our tags may not be available for wholesale pricing or commercial use as we may decide to have certain tags be our exclusive creation, to only be sold through our website.
Failure to abide by our Terms will result in a rescinding of your license and the ability to purchase our tags wholesale as an approved vendor.
Putting it succinctly - Having a commercial license to re-sell our tags and to purchase them wholesale is a privilege. If that privilege is dishonored or abused, we will revoke it without any refund of the original license fee or any other costs involved and you will be held liable for any attorney costs.
