In simple terms - You may:
Attach our tags to items you sell.
Use them as a merchandise tag or hang tag.
Use them as your business card by placing a label or rubber stamp on the reverse side.
You may NOT:
Sell the tag itself or any part of that tag design.
You may not place it on your website or blog or use the tag as a website or blog or auction graphic or display these tags in public domain without our express written permission.
Very Important
It is very important that you provide us with the name of your store or boutique or other personalized information when you use our Check Out or when you pay via PayPal or via Email. Failure to provide this information will delay your order. The tags are showcased as formatted. If you desire an additional line of text, or would like us to change the style of the text, there will be a graphic design charge. Please also realize that often when we have to try and fit an additional line of text on a tag, we may have to manipulate some of the graphics to allow for this change. However, when we do so, we try our best to do so in a manner that the original design is not compromised. In other words, if you ask us to put a lot of information on these tags and there is no room to do so, your tag may have to be changed which will compromise the original design. For best results, please try to keep the personalization simple and similar to how we show it on the original tag.
These tags are becoming increasingly popular for store or boutique owners to attach to their merchandise. The advantage is that we send you a template of either ten or four tags to a sheet, formatted on 8.50 x 11.00 inch standard size paper for you to print from your own computer. We send you the sheet of ten or four tags worldwide, electronically via Email.
Many of our clients are also using these tags as their business card by taking a pretty hole punch and then threading a pretty organdy or silk ribbon through the hole, and affixing their address label or price sticker on the reverse side or a "thank you very kindly" stamped on the reverse. For gift giving, why not sprinkle a little dash of angel dust or glitter and threading a beautiful organdy or silk ribbon through the hole and placing it on top of a package for that special someone. The tag becomes a lasting keepsake when placed on a package or bulletin board or could even be used as a bookmark.

We are pleased to showcase our exclusive and original Shabby Shop Tags©. Please make sure to let us know what personalization you would like on these tags in the space provided.
These digital tags will be sent to you electronically via E-Mail. You may print as many as you would like for personal use only. You also may order them printed and embellished by our exceptional tag artist, Gina.
Regarding the Shabby Shop Tags© or our Designer Boutique Tags©, we do permit you to use these on your Ebay store items or if you have a brick and mortar store, that is accepted use as well. They make exceptional hang tags. Many of our customers have told us that their customers think of the tag as an extra "gift" as they take it home and post it on their message center or use them as bookmarks. They also make great business cards. You can stamp your business name and address on the reverse side and have us personalize the front with your store or boutique name.

Our exclusive tags are copyright protected and cannot be replicated, duplicated, or copied either physically or electronically or digitally for profit or to be sold or claimed as your own. Please read our About E-Graphics page for details on our limited use policy or scroll down as we explain this in simple terms.
Unless otherwise stated, you will receive ten tags to a sheet. We test printed them on a standard sheet of 8.50" x 11.00" vellum card stock and each individual tag was approximately 3.75" x 2.00". For tags formatted four to a sheet, the tags are approximately 2.50 x 5 inches. The size will vary depending upon your printer settings and your photo or graphic program. Our tags are being used in digital Scrapbooking, Journaling, Hang Tags for your Ebay Store or Boutique or Antique Shop or just for gifts. For those of you who are craft minded, we suggest you print them, cut them out, thread a beautiful organdy ribbon through the hole and sprinkle them with glass glitter for a touch of romance and charm.
None of our E-Tags are available for commercial license. These are our original, exclusive designed tags and as our original compilation are copyright protected. On occasion, we may license some of the main graphics on the tags but never the tags as a compilation.
